Cancellation | Refund Policy
- Monthly Membership - To cancel membership, we require two months notice in advance, please send us an email and we will pause or cancel your plan.
- Class Cancellation - If you wish to cancel a class, we require a atleast of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled class time. Class pack will put back into your account for future class use . No cash refund. A late cancelation or no show, fee of $18.00 for each missed class.
- Cancellation Notice Exceeding the Timeline: In the event that your cancellation notice exceeds the 24-hour timeline, no refund or credit will be provided for the canceled class. A late cancelation or no show, fee of $18.00 for each missed class.
- Class Packs | All Passes and Memberships - Please note , No refunds for class packs and passes purchases, monthly memberships; all sales final.
