Cancellation | Refund Policy

POLE FLOW STUDIO YYC – STUDIO POLICIES

Sales & Purchases
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, extensions, or credits will be provided under any circumstances.

Intro Offers, Memberships & Class Passes
All intro offers, memberships, and class passes are strictly non-transferable and non-shareable.
Passes may only be used by the original purchaser. Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Class Bookings & Cancellations
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in the loss of the class credit.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation will result in:

Loss of class credit
A $18.00 no-show fee (for members or unlimited plans)

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be denied entry for safety reasons.
No refunds or credits will be issued.

Membership Terms
All memberships are auto-renewing unless cancelled.
A minimum of two (2) months’ written notice is required to cancel or pause a membership.
