Meet Rowena, a certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Vinyasa flow. With her 200 HR teacher training completed in Bali, Indonesia in 2019, Rowena has immersed herself in yoga for over a decade. In 2021, she decided to embark on a new adventure by taking up pole dance classes as a hobby, approaching it with a beginner's mindset. Leveraging her strong background in yoga, Rowena quickly progressed and even competed in the Pole Sport Organization in Toronto, Ontario in October 2022. Her passion for pole dancing continues to grow, as she eagerly prepares to compete once again in fall of 2023 .
Having a solid foundation in fitness, Rowena understands the importance of conditioning and flexibility exercises to ensure safe and steady progress in pole dancing.
When she's not dancing or teaching, Rowena works as an accountant for an environmental company. Her love for the outdoors shines through her hobbies, including camping, hiking, indoor climbing, and photography.

In September 2018, Jeremy wanted to try something new as a birthday gift for herself. She took her first ever aerial hoop/lyra class in Toronto and it was love at first sight! She eventually tried other classes such as pole, silk hammock, aerial yoga, and chair dance and became well-seasoned aerialist.
Jeremy took a 2-year hiatus but fast forward to 2023, she moved to Calgary and decided to do pole classes again. A self-taught instructor but also believer of continuous growth through dedication and commitment, she would like to share her passion, knowledge and experience in aerial dance and fitness to Pole Flow Studio YYC students.
Be prepared to have fun and sweat it out in her pole heels choreo or hoop classes! .

With three years of experience in pole dancing, Kyra discovered a transformative journey that not only honed her skills but also led to loosing 60 pounds. Pole fitness transformed her confidence. Her mission is to spread this confidence through pole dance. As firm advocate for embracing all body types, she strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment i Pole Flow Studio YYC. She is currently on the path to completing Xpole certification in Heels and CPFA certification for pole level 1 and pole level 2. She is committed to continuous growth and shariag the joy of dance with others.
