Successful Completion of Pole Level 1 Assessment. In Pole Level 2, you will build on the fundamentals learned in Pole Level 1 to further develop your strength and conditioning. This pole class focuses on enhancing your pole climbing technique, introducing leg hooks, and mastering higher beginner moves from the ground.

Take your pole dancing skills to the next level in our intermediate Pole Level 3 Class!
Building on the foundation established in Pole Level 1 & Pole Leve 2, this class will introduce you to inversions, leg hooks, and intermediate pole moves. Our instructors will guide you to developing strength, and technique required for inversions.
Perquisite: Minimum of 6 classes of Pole level 2 or when you feel ready to move on to Pole Level 3, Ready to Invert Pole Level 2, Heels Flow Choreo, Flexibility or Hammock Yoga
Difficulty: Intermediate

The Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra is a circular steel or aluminum apparatus utilized in static, swinging, or spinning routines. An aerial hoop (Lyra) class typically begins with a cardiovascular warm up and flexibility training, followed by guided instruction. Participants will be first introduced to basic entries skills, tricks and short sequences. It caters to individuals with minimal or with Intro to Aerial Hoop Experience, making it an ideal choice for all levels.

Aerial Hoop Level 2:
Perquisite: Minimum 6 classes of Aerial Hoop 1 or when you feel ready to progress to Aerial Hoop 2, Flexibility.
Difficulty: Higher Beginner, Intermediate
This is a gentle practice where mostly focus on stretching, and learn easy tricks. Aerial Arts Hammock Yoga elevates the practice of yoga by incorporating a gentle fabric hammock suspended just above the ground. Functioning as a versatile prop similar to a strap or block, the hammock is designed to enhance alignment, heighten awareness, and offer instant relief through spinal decompression. Through the combined support of the body's weight, gravity, and the fabric, participants can delve into an exploration of movement, potentially unlocking new dimensions of space within their bodies.
Perquisite: No Experience Necessary
Difficulty: Beginner
This is a pole class where you will learn to invert on the pole. This class is a must-take to pass your assessment for Pole Level 3. You will learn conditioning exercises to invert on the pole, as well as inside and outside leg hangs, crucifix, and butterfly.
Perquisite: Minimum 6 classes of Pole Level 2
Difficulty: Higher Beginner
Challenge yourself with static pole dance moves and apply what you've learned to the spin pole, incorporating moves like Ballerina, Martini spin, Barrel grip spin, and more.
Perquisite: You have taken 3 to 5 classes of Static Pole Flow Level 2 or at least you are already comfortable with some static pole moves
This class is designed to help you increase flexibility, strength, and balance while focusing on two specific areas: splits and backbends. You can expect a combination of dynamic warm-up exercises, static stretching, and targeted yoga poses to gradually open your hips, hamstrings, and back.
Heels Flow is a dynamic and sensual style of pole dancing that incorporates fluid movement, spins, and transitions. This sultry and expressive form of pole dance showcases strength, flexibility, and artistry.

This is an open practice pole dance studio, practice at your own risk without a guide from an instructor
This is an amazing opportunity for you to learn some basic chair dance moves and let loose on a chair. The session will begin with a warm up that focuses on building strength and flexibility in your body. Following this, we will move on to a simple beginner chair choreography with an upbeat music
Discover pole moves for striking picture poses at our studio with a pro camera (professional Nikon D810 camera), equipment, and an amateur photographer. This is a 1.5 hour session includes a warm up - pole poses lesson as well a photoshoot. Session includes photoshop and lightroom editing and 10 to 15 JPEG copies.
